First apples from our tree warranted an apple pie. Had to make the most simple recipe:
- apples (~1 kilo)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt

Beat whites and yolks separately with equal parts of sugar, mix, add the rest. Pour over diced apples and bake for 40 min
