Fork and Hash

Some say the chain will end in fork,
Some say in hash.
From what I’ve seen of consensus work,
I hold with those who favor proof-of-work.
But if it had to fork twice,
I think I know enough of nodes
To say that for immutability, hash
Is also great
And would suffice.
